Award-winning chef, Hrvoje Zirojević sees the plate as a canvas. Some traditional recipes he is trying to present in a different way. Zirojević likes to explore the old dishes that we have forgotten.

Those that are 200, 300, 500 years old. He likes to read, explore, and present them to guests. MENU is adjusted to the ambience of “Laganini”, by using elements of traditional and forgotten dishes.
